Event Description

This workshop is open to everyone, regardless of your musical background. Whether you’re a seasoned musician or just someone who loves to listen to music, this workshop is for you.

In this workshop, we’ll explore the important contributions made by women in music throughout history. We’ll start with 12th-century composer and polymath Hildegard von Bingen, and then move through time to explore the work of other composers and performers who have made their mark on the music world.

We’ll discuss the challenges that women have faced in the music industry, and how they have overcome these obstacles to create music that is both beautiful and meaningful. We’ll also explore strategies that you can use to carve out your own space as a person in any discipline.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a deeper understanding of the contributions made by women in music, and you’ll have gained some valuable insights into how you can make your own mark in the world, following the lessons we learned from these incredible women.
