9:00-10:00 AM- Manitou Lake Bird Walk. Meet at park entrance, $10 per vehicle.
Manitou Lake is one of the best birding spots in Teller County, north of Woodland Park on Highway 67. The park features a boardwalk through the wetlands on the south side of the lake.
11:00 AM-12:00 Noon- FREE Program- Ute Pass Historical Society, 231 E. Henrietta Ave., Woodland Park
Learn to identify common local birds by sight and sound. This session covers birds like Woodpeckers, Kingfishers, Flycatchers and Vireos.
