Join us this day at 10:00 am in the front lobby as we prepare to take a group walk together. One big way to combat mental health struggles is to get outside and get some fresh air. Combine that with some leisurely exercise as well as chatting with a new or old friend, and you are sure to have a good time. Can't wait to see you there!
