Mental Illness Simulations & Resource Fair, 1 - 4 pm. Petersen Family Wellness Center, 1213 Chatburn Avenue, Harlan. Experience an immersive simulation of depression, anxiety, addiction, or ADHD. Connect with area resources that support mental health for you and your loved ones.
Community Walk, 5:30 - 7 pm. Pioneer Park, Pine Street Shelter. Hear Chris Adcock from NAMI Southwest Iowa share her lived experience with a mental illness. Decorate the walk with a sign in honor or in memory of a mental health warrior. Gather as a community to support mental health with interactive activities, food trucks, and more.
