Mix and Mingle begins at 5:30 PM. The Golf Tournament begins at 6:00 PM. The Tournament & Silent Auction/Raffle held at TOPGOLF is an event where everyone can play, regardless of skill. We are looking for organizations and individuals to support this incredible event. Who can resist being a Title or other level of sponsor, including the much-anticipated Marshmallow Drive? Today is your opportunity to make a difference in the life of someone with an intellectual/developmental risk, delay or disability (IDD) and their family by supporting our signature fundraising effort. ADA accommodations are available for golfers. PLEASE JOIN US! This private event will not be open to the public during the Mix and Mingle and Tournament, including a Silent Auction/Raffle. If you are unfamiliar with Alta Mira Specialized Services Inc. and would like to support this effort, we welcome newcomers with open arms. - 5:30 – 6:00 PM Guests arrive. Enjoy the Mix and Mingle with Guest Host + Preview Silent Auction and Raffle + Queso/Guacamole/Salsa/Tortilla Chips refreshments;
- 6:00 – 6:15 PM warm-up and practice;
- 6:15 – 6:30 PM announcements, game rules, and demonstration;
- 6:30 – 8:30 PM tournament + special holes and contests;
- 6:00 – 9:00 PM raffle/silent auction;
- 6:30 – 8:00 PM Fajita Fiesta buffet service – available for 90 minutes;
- 8:30 – 9:00 PM Winners announced, thank you and closing statements;
