Conversation and Community: A Grief Series, You're Not Crazy, You're Grieving.
When we're missing someone special, sometimes it can feel like we're also having mental lapses like putting cheese in the cupboard, temporarily forgetting that our loved one has died, getting in the car and not remembering where we're going, etc. This feels odd but is completely normal. Come learn about the brain science behind these moments and how to get through them.
