“Leadership for Impact”
The Empower Kearney: Leadership Academy is a dynamic nine-month experience designed to cultivate and empower both established and emerging leaders. Through this program, participants will strengthen their leadership skills, expand their networks, and gain the knowledge needed to make a lasting impact. By bringing together a diverse group of individuals, we aim to develop resourceful, engaged, and forward-thinking leaders who will help shape the future of our community.
The academy will begin in September and will finish up in May. Participants must complete all nine sessions in order to earn their certificate.
Overview:
The leadership development academy will meet on the second Friday of each month from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Each monthly session will include a focus topic, a community topic, and networking/growth opportunities
Registration:
$699 for Chamber Members. $799 for Non Members.

Explore how to leverage personal strengths for effective leadership. Gain insight into local education institutions and workforce development opportunities. |

Strengthen personal development, refine management techniques, and cultivate a growth mindset while exploring the community impact of healthcare. |

Create a personalized roadmap for success, deepen understanding of ethics and motivation, and gain real-world insights through tours of local businesses. |

Explore the principles of trust, integrity, and transparency while engaging with local leaders to gain valuable insights of local elected leaders. |

Explore the impact of mental health—both positive and negative—on personal well-being and leadership effectiveness. |
