Teams will have a spooky good time and win cash and raffle prizes at our lucky 13th Annual Golf Tournament while helping raise funds for the Chamber’s Youth Leadership and Scholarship programs. Teams will play 4-person scramble format - Costumes optional. 

• Team: $500 includes: 4-person team (green fees, cart, awards luncheon & prize drawings, and business hole sign)
• $150 Single Entry: 1 player to be placed on team (includes green fees, cart, awards luncheon and prize drawings - subject to availability*)
• $50 Golf Hole sign: displaying organization, individual or team name
