Presenter: Richard Montgomery, Staff Attorney at Legal Aid Services Oregon

Please join us for a presentation on “Navigating Legal Resources and Medicaid Eligibility for Family Caregivers”.

Richard Montgomery will introduce you to ways that Legal Aid Services can support family caregivers, including how financial support is offered based on a fair representation of an individual’s capabilities and how an individual qualifies for Medicaid Support. Mr. Montgomery has been a staff attorney for the past 10 years with Legal Aid Services of Oregon. His practice focuses primarily on Administrative Law, Housing and Homeless Rights. Legal Aid Services of Oregon (LASO) helps elderly and low-income clients with concerns related to Family, Government Benefits, Housing, Seniors and other Civil Matters.
