The Digital Navigator Program (DNP) is a free service made possible by a partnership
between Washington County Cooperative Library Services (WCCLS) and the Washington
County Broadband Action Team. The DNP is funded in part by American Connections
Corps, an AmeriCorps program dedicated to advancing economic prosperity by bridging
