PHOENIX, AZ (October 16, 2025) – Teravalis™, a Howard Hughes community, proudly announces the official grand opening of its 37,000-acre master planned community in Buckeye with a public celebration, Floreo Fest at Teravalis, on Saturday, November 15, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Floreo Fest at Teravalis—named after the community’s first village—will showcase the vibrant lifestyle residents can expect, with activities spread throughout the community’s parks, model homes, and gathering spaces. The free, family friendly event will feature:
- Model Home Tours: Explore 20 model homes by seven award-winning homebuilders—Century Communities, Courtland Communities, DRB Homes, KB Home, Lennar, Meritage Homes, and New Home Co.—with select homes available for immediate purchase.
- Music, Arts & Culture: Live music performances by Old Town Love an The Sugar Thieves and art demonstrations throughout the day in collaboration with West Valley Arts Council
- Sustainability & Conservation: Experiences highlighting Teravalis’ commitment to sustainability and wildlife through its partners at White Tank Mountains Conservancy, interactive demonstrations by Arizona Science Center and V&P Nurseries, plus local flavor with honey tastings from Sun Tan Honey Farm.
- Food & Experience: Culinary creations, coffee bar, food truck and immersive environments curated by Cloth + Flame.
- Children’s Activities: Interactive experiences including flower pressing, custom coloring book stations, bounce houses, train rides and more will be present, including the unique pollinator themed play equipment at both Floreo and Windrose park.
Just three years after its groundbreaking announcement, Floreo Fest at Teravalis marks a major milestone for one of the most anticipated community developments in Arizona.
