Entry Information $400.00 per team includes 18-hole greens fee, cart fee, tee prize, lunch at turn, dinner buffet, raffle ticket, drink ticket, entry into skins, prizes for winners Prizes Prizes will be awarded at approximately 4:30PM Prizes will be awarded in the form of gift cards & golf shop merchandise Prize disbursement will be based on the size of the field.
