Partners In Home Care is pleased to announce our upcoming Palliative Care Educational Series, led by our very own Nurse Practitioner, Brook Sternberg.
This four-part series is open to the public and will take place at our Missoula office from 5:00–6:30 PM. Each session offers an opportunity to learn more about palliative care in a supportive and engaging environment.
