We are here to crush the pay gap, not just talk about it.
Alongside our powerhouse partners: DEI United Way, the New Mexico Commission on the Status of Women, and Family Friendly New Mexico, we are bringing together bold women who are ready to shift the landscape for good.
This full-day educational summit will highlight the current status of women in New Mexico and across the nation, featuring executives, entrepreneurs, and community leaders who are committed to driving real change. We will dive into:
The real facts and figures behind the pay gap
Cultural awareness and systemic barriers
Negotiation strategies that move the needle
Company policy reform and accountability
Financial literacy for women’s empowerment
We will also offer small-group workshops focused on career and business development, including sessions on resume building, business planning, and creating powerful pitch decks to help women strengthen their professional and financial footing.
The day will conclude with resolutions for the Albuquerque Hispano Chamber Women in Business and a call to action for our business and legislative partners, with measurable steps to help close the financial gap for women once and for all.
This is not just a summit. It is a movement.
A day to celebrate our strengths, spark courage, and elevate one another. When Latinas rise, everyone rises.
