Saturday, November 29, 5 pm. Santa will be on the Historic Downtown Square in Harlan to help us Light Up the Shelby County Christmas Tree! Santa will then stick around and greet the area children. Hot chocolate, sugar cookies, train rides (weather permitting), and much more.
