Event Description
The Altru Family YMCA will host a kick-off open house highlighting FOREVERWELL®, an initiative that promotes healthy aging through programs that support physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.
Guests can stop in and enjoy a tour of the Y, try a class, walk or work out, and receive a 3-day pass to use the YMCA. Refreshments will be served. Learn about the outstanding offerings available at the Y that promote healthy aging, such as group and water exercise classes; our state-of-the-art fitness center with wheelchair accessible exercise equipment; Birthday Club and other social gatherings; workshops like cooking classes; specialty classes for people with special health conditions; and much more!
