This free restorative Sound Bath is designed for those coping with cancer or in recovery. Gentle vibrations from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments help calm the nervous system, ease tension, reduce anxiety, and encourage emotional healing.You’ll rest comfortably on supportive mattresses as the soothing sounds guide your body and mind into deep relaxation and peace.
This is a space for hope, healing, and connection — a time to simply breathe, receive, and be supported.
