Our keynote speaker, Sheila Dills, owner of Patisserie by Sheila Anne and Jenks Business of the Year winner, will share how she turned a dream into a successful business. What began as a small bakery has grown into a full restaurant experience led by a Michelin Star chef, bringing a taste of Paris to Jenks.
Known for her creativity and community spirit, Sheila continues to bring big ideas to life—from her restaurant to seasonal experiences like Mrs. Claus’ chalet at Lights On.
