Brigadier General Kristin Goodwin, USAF (Ret) brings over 30 years of executive leadership experience from military command to strategic consulting, establishing herself as both a pioneering aviator and transformational business leader. As the first female to join a B-2 Stealth Bomber Squadron and first female Bomb Wing Commander, she accumulated over 3,000 flight hours and 187 combat hours while leading complex operations across roles from the Pentagon to Pacific Command.
Today, as CEO of The Delta-v and ACC-credentialed executive coach, Kristin applies her unique blend of operational expertise and strategic insight to guide organizations through business transformation and culture change initiatives.
