Brought to you by the Azusa Chamber of Commerce, the LAUNCH Business Academy is a hands-on, six week business readiness program designed to help small business owners build strong foundations, gain clarity, and create a clear roadmap for growth.
This cohort based program focuses on the real fundamentals every business needs, from structure and money management to marketing, operations, and strategic planning. Participants will leave with practical tools, templates, and a growth plan they can actually use.
To conclude the program, participants will have the opportunity to pitch their business in front of a panel of experienced professionals. Thanks to a generous program sponsor, $750 in funding will be awarded to participants who place 1st through 3rd, based on clarity, readiness, and execution.
Week 1: Business Foundations and Readiness Check
Clarify your vision, assess your current structure, and set clear business goals.
Week 2: Compliance, Structure, and Certification Basics
Learn what needs to be in place to operate legally and prepare for future opportunities.
Week 3: Money Management Essentials
Understand budgeting, cash flow, and how to build financial stability.
Week 4: Marketing Clarity and Customer Engagement
Identify your target customer and create a simple, effective marketing approach.
Week 5: Sales and Customer Experience
Strengthen your sales approach and improve the customer journey and retention.
Week 6: Operations and Workflow Systems
Build systems and processes that save time, increase efficiency, and support growth.
Pitch + Graduation Session
Participants will present a short business pitch to a panel of experts, with funding awarded to top finalists.

Thanks to a generous program sponsor, $750 in funding will awarded to top participants, with $400 awarded to 1st place, $250 to 2nd place, and $100 to 3rd place, based on clarity, readiness, and execution.
The program will culminate in a graduation and recognition ceremony, where all cohort participants will be formally recognized for completing the L.A.U.N.C.H Program and celebrated for their commitment to growth and readiness.
