Nutrition: A 60-minute talk exploring hormonal changes, common symptoms, mindset shifts, and practical nutrition & lifestyle tools to support your transition
Yoga: A 60-minute restorative yoga session to release, rest and re-centre and we'll end with yoga nidra
Mindfulness Walk: a 45-minute mindfulness walk
Community: Time to share stories, connect over herbal tea and snacks, and leave feeling a little less alone in it all
This is a space for listening, learning, and reconnecting; open to anyone curious about menopause, wherever you are in the journey
