As Executive Directors, we often juggle strategic planning, staff development, fundraising, board relations,
and everything in between. But where do we go when we need encouragement, fresh ideas, or
simply someone who understands?

I’d like to invite you to join a new monthly space just for us—Executive Directors from across
Saint Charles County—where we can connect, share, and grow together. It’s casual, open, and
collaborative. No pressure, no pitches—just real conversations with people who get it.

What to Expect:
● Honest discussion about what’s working and what’s not
● Support around stress, burnout, and decision fatigue
● A safe space to share resources without competition
● Monthly topics, breakout sessions, and occasional guest speakers
