Second Course: Seafood Chowder - Rich and comforting, loaded with tender seafood, Or, Chopped Blue Salad, Crisp greens, bold blue cheese, and classic chopped salad flavors
Third Course: Stuffed Pork Loin, Ham-filled pork loin with buttery scalloped potatoes. Or, Pan-Seared Salmon, Served with rice pilaf and roasted seasonal vegetables
