Tuesday, March 3rd, 8-10am is the virtual class: Mindful Leadership, #105761.

Mindful leadership combines present-moment awareness with intentional decision-making to create calmer, clearer and more resilient workplaces. This session teaches leaders how mindfulness supports executive functioning, emotional regulation and thoughtful action, especially during high-pressure or rapidly changing situations. Participants will learn simple, science-backed practices that help them stay centered, reduce reactivity and lead with clarity and steadiness.
