On February 28, Community Council of St. Charles, Lincoln and Warren County is hosting the Coldest Night of the Year, a 2 km + 5 km (1 mile/3 mile) winterrific walk hosted in 40+ cities across the USA in support of our work in the Tri-Counties with people experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness.

Walk + Fundraise February 28, 2026
Bundle up, bring your friends, and be part of something bigger! The Coldest Night of the Year (CNOY) is more than just a walk—it’s a nationwide movement of compassion. Together, we’ll raise funds to support local charities serving people experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness right here in our community.
Since 2011, thousands of teams across North America have stepped out each February to show solidarity and make a difference. Now it’s our turn, St. Charles—let’s walk, fundraise, and shine a light in the cold!

Event Details
