In recognition of Eating Disorder Awareness Week, NAMI is hosting a virtual panel discussion centered on lived experience, hope, and connection.
During this open and honest live panel, we’ll hear directly from individuals with lived experience as they share:

- Lived experiences with eating disorders and the challenges of seeking help
- What recovery really looks like, including setbacks and growth
- Myths, misconceptions, and stigma surrounding eating disorders
- Why support matters and how communities can be more compassionate and effective
This event is open to anyone seeking understanding, support, or simply wanting to learn more, we hope you’ll join us for this important conversation.
