Herbruck's is excited to be a part of the Kendallville community! They are a fourth-generation family-owned egg producer headquartered in Saranac, Michigan. Founded in 1958, it has grown to become the largest egg producer in Michigan and the 10th largest in the United States, managing a flock of over 11 million hens. Recognition: Herbruck’s has been named one of the "Top 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For" in the U.S. multiple times, including for 2025.
Philanthropy: The company is a major donor to local organizations, contributing more than 2.5 million eggs in 2025 alone.
