Join JewelRide and the Edwardsville Public Library on Saturday, April 18th at 10:00 AM as we celebrate our young readers and draw the lucky winners of the Books for Bikes Spring Reading Challenge!
Since March 1st, students across Edwardsville have been logging their minutes, earning badges, and crushing reading goals. From our first-year readers to our middle school bookworms, the effort has been incredible—together, we’ve added hundreds of new books to our community total of over 14,432 books read!
Attendance is not required to win, but we would love to celebrate with you in person!
Deadline: All reading must be logged in Beanstack or paper logs turned in to the Youth Desk by April 15th at 8:00 PM.
Entries: Every 30 minutes of reading moved you along the path. Every 5th badge earned (2.5 hours of reading) equals one entry into the raffle.
Bonus: Dedicated readers could earn up to 16 total entries!
We want to give a special thank you to the library staff for their amazing help in tracking these milestones and for hosting us for the big drawing. We can't wait to see who will be riding home on a brand-new bike!
