At The Kitchen Project, campers experience a true farm-to-table adventure while building confidence and independence in the kitchen.
What Kids Will Learn & Do:
Cook Daily – Make their own snack, lunch, and dessert every day
Gardening & Composting – Discover where food comes from
Knife Skills & Food Safety – Learn proper handling and kitchen safety
Kitchen Fundamentals – Measuring, mixing, assembling, baking, and plating
Table Setting & Menu Writing – Create beautiful presentations
Baking & Clean-Up Skills – Responsibility from start to finish
Teamwork & Confidence Building – Grow independence through hands-on learning
Each day ends with campers proudly enjoying the meals they created — and taking home practical skills they can use for life.
