Maternal Wellness Walk & Kinship Cookout
The Maternal Wellness Walk & Kinship Cookout is a two-part community event centered on Black maternal health, wellness, and connection. We’ll begin with a Wellness Walk—inviting participants to move with purpose, honor Black mothers, and promote holistic maternal well-being. Following the walk, families are invited to gather for the Kinship Cookout, a celebratory community space featuring food, resources, and opportunities to connect with local organizations and one another. Together, these experiences create space to nurture wellness, strengthen kinship, and build community rooted in care and culture.
