The Empower Kearney Leadership Academy is a dynamic nine-month experience designed to cultivate and empower both established and emerging leaders. Participants will strengthen leadership skills, expand networks, and gain the knowledge needed to make a lasting impact on their businesses and community.
The academy runs September through May, with monthly sessions focused on leadership development and community engagement.

December – Strengths-Based Leadership & Community Systems
Discover and apply your Top 5 CliftonStrengths while gaining insight into education and workforce development systems within the community.

Strengthen personal development through growth mindset and coaching while exploring healthcare and public safety systems in the community.
February – Vision, Influence & Leadership in Action
Focus on leadership as influence, developing vision, priorities, and personal growth to inspire others and create meaningful impact.
