Join Linzi for Yoga in the Park — a free, heart-led community offering designed to nourish your body, calm your mind, and bring you back home to you.
There’s something truly special about practicing yoga outside — breathing with the trees, feeling the sun on your face, and reconnecting with yourself in the quiet rhythm of nature.
Yoga in the Park is a free, heart-led offering to gather in community, move gently, and find healing in simplicity.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have a steady practice, this space is for you.
No pressure. No expectations. Just an open invitation to come as you are and share breath, movement, and presence together.

All sessions are weather permitting.
