We invite you to an intimate Côté Nicault and Long Shadows Dinner featuring Gilles Nicault, a night centered on collaboration, precision, and the meeting of Old-World tradition and New-World expression.
Born in the Rhône Valley and classically trained in France, Gilles Nicault has spent more than three decades in Washington State shaping wines that bridge two worlds with clarity and intention. As winemaker for Long Shadows Vintners and creator of Côté Nicault, his work reflects both heritage and evolution, expressed through two distinct but connected portfolios.
For this evening, a multi-course dinner from Executive Chef Maximillian Petty will be presented in harmony with each wine, designed to highlight structure, nuance, and progression throughout the experience.
Guests will move through a curated selection of Côté Nicault and Long Shadows wines, each introduced by Gilles, offering insight into vintage expression, vineyard decisions, and the philosophy behind each blend.
