Join us for our 8th Annual Public Safety Day. Come to this free event at the fire station to meet people who promote health, accident and injury prevention, and safety. Exhibitors participating this year include: Sanford AirMed 9, South Dakota Highway Patrol, Minnehaha County Sheriff's Office, Sioux Valley Energy, Sanford Stand Strong, Carroll Institute, Humboldt Ambulance, Call to Freedom, Emily's Hope, South Dakota Emergency Management, South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks, Army National Guard, South Dakota Safety Council, Big Paws Canine, Avera Trauma Services, Sanford Trauma Services, Helpline Center, and Health Connect. Test your skills at our Junior Firefighter Obstacle Course and check out the stove fire demonstration. For the safety and comfort of all our guests, we ask that you leave your pets at home.This
