Her passion is to educate self-directing health-care with natural solutions.

She helps women reach wellness goals and toxin-free, healthy living while creating a simple-habit lifestyle.

She hosts educational essential oil workshops regularly and serve the community through volunteering at a local hospice and senior care living facility as well as at a local addiction facility. She loves empowering everyone to live a healthier & happier life!
