Details:
Chosen Bean Concerts are presented in Southeast Minnesota's premier listening room, the American Legion Room at Chatfield Center for the Arts. This listening room is a comfortable 100-person capacity space that feels more like a large living room than a large venue, and one where the audience has an intimate, music-up-close kind of experience.

The night of the show, patrons choose from sitting around the stage within a few feet of the artist, or at tables cabaret-style. Doors open at 6:45, providing time for folks to socialize and visit with fellow concert-goers and enjoy beer, wine, soft drinks, and snacks sold by CCA. Complimentary coffee is provided through the generous sponsorship of Chatfield’s Cabin Coffee Company. The concert is set to start at 7:30 and will include 2 robust 45 minute sets with an intermission in between.

About Pushing Chain
Pushing Chain was formed in 2012 by Boyd Blomberg and Adam Moe. The duo, which has been performing together in various manifestations since 1997, plays Folky-Tonk music featuring Boyd on guitar and vocals and Adam on the fiddle and vocals. Strong songwriting, tight harmonies, and a gonzo approach have been winning fans for Pushing Chain across the Midwest and beyond. Their music blends traditional folk with country, jazz, and stories of life up near the Canadian border.

Their Americana-roots sound is building their following throughout the Midwest and nationwide with recent performances including opening acts for Bill Staines, Flatt Lonesome, Layla McCalla, David Grier, and John Hiatt; headlining the New York Mills Cultural Center; Harmony for Mayo Music Series; Dakota Jazz Club in Minneapolis; and the Big Top Chautauqua. Past festivals performances have included Hazelfest (Center City, MN); the Lowertown Guitar Festival (Minneapolis); and the MBOTMA August Festival (Richmond, MN); as well as being featured at the 2016 Minnesota State Fair.
