This workshop is designed for companies of any size and will focus on the compliance side of HR, company culture (how to assess and, if necessary, change it), accountability, and performance and talent management (yep, they are different topics).  This will be an interactive presentation designed to highlight important ways that human capital management can have a positive impact on the bottom line of a small to mid-sized company.
