Description:
Adair County citizens can receive a quadrivalent Flu Vaccine at no cost to them. They need to drive to one of our three PODS (Points of Dispensing) at the NEMO Fairgrounds in Kirksville, or Brashear, Missouri, or Novinger, Missouri at the Firehouse. Citizens will need to complete our 1 page 2019 Drive Thru Clinic Consent form and receive their shot while in their car. The form is also available on our website under the forms tab. That's it!!!

Details:
Citizens need to bring their Medicare Card if 65 years and older and we recommend that everyone receiving a shot wear short sleeves for this event. Thanks in advance for your participation. This event is an important emergency preparedness project for the Health Department and Adair County!!!
