AHCC Welcomes "Enchanted Circle Brewing Co" Ribbon Cutting Celebration
Join the Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce and the AHCC Ambassador’s Committee, in welcoming “Enchanted Circle Brewing Co” for their Ribbon Cutting Celebration at their NEW location – 6001 San Mateo Blvd NE Suite F3 - Albuquerque, NM 87109 – Friday September 20, 2019 from 4:00pm – 5:00pm with the actual ribbon cutting approx. 4:30pm.
About Enchanted Circle Brewing Co
Enchanted Circle Brewing has its brewing facility in Angel Fire, NM at an altitude of 8500 feet. At this facility we use virgin mountain spring water which is pumped to our facility from deep in the mountain. We use the freshest, highest quality ingredients to make our large selection of hand-crafted brews. Our goal is to make the brews approachable and drinkable for those who seek to try out the craft beer experience.
Often, we are able to source ingredients for our brews from our local environment. Examples of our local sourcing include harvesting wild hops from the canyons in Northern New Mexico that are used to brew our memorable Wet and Wild ale. Other examples are using local Aspen leaves in our fall offering of Doppelbock and mountain spruce tips used to provide flavor to our IPAs. We also use locally sourced fruits where available to brew our fruited ales and sours.
We invite you to visit our taproom and sample the over 20 styles of beer that we brew. While some of these styles are year-round, we always have new styles that we are introducing so there is always something new to try.
We pair the selection of brews that we make with a varied menu of delicious food. The menu offerings include salads, burgers, chicken, prime rib, and gyro sandwiches as well as home made pot pye dishes and a few deserts to top it off. We also have daily specials and happy hour apps at a special price.
