This is more than simply a job shadow event, it’s an opportunity for students and employers to make real connections. We know that students who have the opportunity to see the ability of career progression in the region are more likely to make our community, their home, after graduating. We hope to get CEOs, VPs, operating managers, and supervisors in addition to entry-level professionals. Students will be able to learn more about moving ahead to a position of leadership, along the continuum of a career path.
