Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese exercise program that has evolved over the past 2,000 years to improve health, fitness, flexibility, and balance.
The gentle, continuous flow of the movements are easy to learn and perform and can be done by anyone who wishes to do so. They can be performed sitting or standing and still deliver amazing benefits.
The principles of Tai Chi (slow, continuous movement against slight resistance, in sync with breathing; turning at the waist, shifting your weight, opening of joints and achieving peace and serenity) during practice are the source of the internal strength that improves your health and quality of life.
Unlike conventional workouts, Tai Chi improves your fitness right from the start and can be performed everyday without the need to recover from strenuous exercises and the damage they cause.
Sun style Tai Chi is particularly beneficial to persons who would like to feel better, have more energy and reduce the aches and pains in their daily lives.
