Details:
Colorado Women and girls 15 years and older, please join me at one of these self-defense classes designed specifically for you. These classes are taught for women and girls, taught only by women. We have a very unique approach to our classes. It would be great for you to come to experience one for yourself. Please invite any woman or girl in your life who could use some self-defense and some self-confidence.
Moms and Daughters, this could be a great bonding experience for the two of you. Parents of these precious daughters, when your daughter has these skills to have confidence and the know how to defend herself, you may be able to feel better about her safety.
This class is held in Monument on Saturday, November 9th from 3pm-5pm. Another one will be held on Sunday, November 17th from 9am-11am
