Darkness to Light: Bystanders Protecting Children from Boundary Violations and Sexual Abuse

Description:
Teaches adults how to be an active bystander in child sexual abuse prevention and response. Examples of boundary violations (warning signs of potential perpetrators of abuse) and inappropriate behaviors are shared. The training also highlights how to make spontaneous and planned interventions that reinforce boundaries and protect children. Combines video and facilitator-led discussion.

Note: This FREE training includes an OPTIONAL tour of our new ABC House beforehand. The tour is scheduled from 5:00-5:30pm. The training is scheduled from 5:30-7:00pm. If you do not plan on attending the tour, you may arrive at 5:30pm for the training.
