Description:

Ramsey County Workforce Solutions would like to learn about the workforce training needs of Ramsey County employers. Workforce Solutions and the Department of Labor may have resources to assist you through Incumbent Worker training funds, Minnesota Pipeline dual training grants and the Apprenticeship initiative.

The target audience for this session is Ramsey County businesses who would like to upgrade employee skills through educational and training opportunities. Participating businesses would desire to offer training that provides employees with the opportunity for advancement and wage gains within their company. Businesses must have been in continuous operation for a minimum of 18 months and must not be in the process of a layoff. Eligible employees must be 18 years of age and working at least 32 hours a week. If this describes your business, please join our discussion to share and learn!
