Keynote Speaker
Wisconsin Policy Forum President Rob Henken will provide an overview of the State of Wisconsin's budget and financial condition and how certain state fiscal policies adopted during the past several years are impacting the financial condition and challenges of the state's cities and villages. The Wisconsin Policy Forum is a nonpartisan policy research organization that analyzes state and local government and school district finances and promotes data-driven decision-making by governmental leaders.
