Healthy Living Workshop Habits of Health: The Path to Permanent Weight Control & Optimal Health
Join Pat Staude, a certified health coach a fun, educational and interactive workshop design to introduce you to healthy habits to set you on a path to sustainable weight loss and optimal health. You will learn habits of health that will reduce the risk of disease and in most cases improve disease processes. These are simple daily habits that anybody can implement that involve small changes that will make a big difference.
Healthy Living Workshops are a monthly workshop series hosted by the Central Florida Health Expo. The workshops are presented in the Big Yellow building at Auburndale's International Market World Flea and Farmers Market. The Big Yellow Building is a fun-filled venue that is home to a circus performance on the weekends. The venue offers a very relaxed environment for attendees. This is a free workshop but registration is required.
