Description:
The Altru Family YMCA and See Dick Run present the annual Y Indoor Triathlon! Swim, bike and walk/run in the comfort of the indoors! Great for all fitness levels, this is a great opportunity to be competitive, run your first TRI, or simply enjoy participating. The race will be run in waves of 5 people, starting with a 15 minute swim, followed by 20 minutes on the bike and 20 minutes of walking or running on the track or a treadmill. Laps and miles will be counted and converted by a percentage formula to determine the top finishers (prizes will be awarded to the top 3 men's and women's finishers).
