This presentation will discuss why building a life can be more effective than fixing obsessive-compulsive disorder. The presenter will talk about how feeling obsessive-compulsive disorder gave him his life back and developed him powerfully from within. He will also discuss his experience with mental health professionals that have done and continue to do their inner work.
