Join Chef Matt Kennedy, a local chef with 30 years of culinary experience, as he teaches the basic techniques of sushi making. In this class you will learn to make 4 different types of sushi. A Classic roll, California roll, Philadelphia roll, and an Inside out shrimp roll. Bring your appetite as you will be preparing your own sushi to enjoy. By the end of the class you will have mastered the basics of creating sushi so you can make and enjoy this popular Asian cuisine at home!
The cost for this class is $50/person and includes:
Hands on sushi making led by Chef Matt.
Four 3 oz wine pre-selected wines chosen to pair with the sushi
Your own personal Sushi Kit to use and take home.
