Heart Healthy Habits
Join us for our "Heart Health and Nutrition" class presented by UC Davis Health - Dept of Healthy Management and Education. With this class, you will learn how to introduce heart-healthy habits and exercise into your daily routine. You will also receive tips on reading food labels and navigating menus. Also, you will have the chance to get your blood pressure checked for free between 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. No appointment is necessary and it will be staffed by Registered Nurses. This is a free event and is open to the public.
